Trump's hush money trial starts Monday. What to expect. (PART-2)

The source also expects Trump loyalist David Pecker, former CEO of Enquirer publisher AMI, to be called. Dylan Howard, another former AMI executive who met with Trump and Cohen, may testify.

Source: Former White House communications director Hope Hicks, who prosecutors say was involved in Trump, Cohen, and AMI phone talks, and former Trump assistant Madeleine Westerhout may testify.

The source claimed the jury will also hear from former Trump Organization controller Jeffrey McConney and accounts payable supervisor Deborah Tarasoff.

According to court documents, Trump will invite Bradley A. Smith, a former Federal Election Committee chair, to testify regarding the FEC's role, statutes it enforces, and case-related terminology and words.

Trump wanted the judge to rule on whether Trump's conduct violated election law, but the judge said no.

Trump might testify since he's the only one who can directly refute Cohen's assertions.

Trump must appear in court daily to defend himself in the DA's criminal case, unlike the New York civil fraud and E. Jean Carroll defamation trials.

The trial is off on Wednesdays, but Trump must attend court the other four days. Trial days are planned to span 9:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

Trump has considered nighttime campaign events after attending court.
