Instructions: Mix Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla essence in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and smooth.

Put a little yogurt in each popsicle mold, about one-third full. Press granola gently into yogurt in each mold to compact it.

Distribute mixed fresh fruits evenly over the granola in each mold. Fill each mold to the top with remaining yogurt mixture. Place popsicle sticks in mold centers.

To make fully frozen popsicles, freeze the molds for at least 4-6 hours. Run warm water over the molds for a few seconds to release the popsicles after they're frozen firm.
