Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, nut or seed butter, honey or maple syrup, shredded coconut, chopped nuts or seeds, chia seeds or ground flaxseeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
2. Stir the mixture until well combined. If the mixture seems too dry, you can add a little more nut butter or honey/maple syrup to help bind everything together.
