Ingredients: – Chicken breasts or thighs, boneless and skinle – Adobo seasoning (a blend of garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, black pepper, and other spices) – Olive oil – Lime juice – Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

1. Prepare the Adobo Marinade: In a bowl, combine the adobo seasoning, olive oil, and lime juice to create a flavorful marinade. Adjust the seasoning to taste, adding more lime juice for acidity or adobo seasoning for extra spice.

Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts or thighs in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the adobo marinade over the chicken, ensuring that it is evenly coated.  

Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the chicken to absorb the marinade.

Place the chicken on the preheated grill or skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and nicely charred on the outside. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (75°C).
