Water kefir has a slightly sweet and tangy flavor and can be flavored with fruit juices or herbs. 

Fermented vegetable juices like sauerkraut and kimchi include probiotics and enzymes that aid digestion. Fermented veggies with salt and water produce gut-healthy drinks containing beneficial bacteria. They can be drunk alone or in smoothies or cocktails.  

Ginger Beer: Ginger beer is a fermented beverage made from ginger, sugar, water, and a starter culture. It's naturally carbonated and has a spicy, slightly sweet flavor. Ginger beer contains beneficial probiotics and enzymes from the fermentation process, which can aid in digestion and soothe digestive discomfort. 

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) Drink: Apple cider vinegar is made by fermenting apple cider with yeast and bacteria. It contains acetic acid, which can promote digestion by stimulating stomach acid production and supporting the growth of beneficial gut bacteria. Dilute apple cider vinegar with water and add honey or lemon for flavor.

It's a dairy-free alternative to kefir and is rich in probiotics and electrolytes that support digestion and hydration. Fermented coconut water has a slightly tangy flavor and can be enjoyed plain or flavored with fruit. 

Jun: Jun is a fermented tea beverage similar to kombucha but made with green tea and honey instead of black tea and sugar. It's rich in probiotics, antioxidants, and enzymes that support digestion and promote overall health. Jun has a slightly sweet and tangy flavor and can be flavored with herbs or fruits.
